Borrowing from non-UBC Libraries – InterLibrary Loan (ILL)

Can’t find what you want at the UBC Library?

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) will order it for you from another Library.

How long will it take: This depends on the availability at other libraries. Articles can take 1-2 days, books at least 7 days. In some cases, it can be longer.

Before ordering please check the following:

NOTE: Requests for items held at UBC or available online will be cancelled.

COPYRIGHT – Requests will be cancelled if they exceed what is allowed under  the Canadian Copyright Law

Community Cardholders (including Alumni) will be charged a minimum of $30.00 per filled request.
