Library Orientation Request Form

Please use the following form to request:
* An orientation session about library resources and services (Note: If you have a subject librarian, feel free to contact him/her directly with your orientation request)
* UBC Library participation in your campus orientation program (i.e. information table, instruction session)

Requests will be confirmed by email as soon as possible (normallly within three days). Please note, we make every effort to accomodate each request, however, some requests cannot be met due to limited staffing and resources.
