UBC Vancouver faculty, staff and students can book UBC Library videos, films or DVDs for individual use or for classroom presentation on a specific date. Bookings are available for items in Koerner, Education, Woodward, UBC Okanagan, and David Lam Libraries ONLY, and for the BC ELN Media Collection.
Please book earlier (at least 2-3 weeks) to ensure the availability. When your request has been processed you will receive a confirmation notice by email.
If you wish to use a video immediately, you do not need to pre-book it. If it’s available, you can sign it out from the owning branch. For more information about Media Booking services, please see the guide to Videos & Films.
